There is a relaxing outdoor space with plenty of seating to the rear of the property, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach, exploring the local area, or enjoying the various watersports available including kite surfing, sailing, land yachting, and seal-spotting boat trips!
The enchanting town of Rye is just 10 minutes away by car, or an easy 2.5 mile bike ride/walk along the cycle path. It has a wide range of independent shops, pubs, cars, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and a stylish cinema. The bleakly beautiful Dungeness is about 15 minutes’ drive away, with its Lighthouse, Nature Reserve for wildflowers and birdwatching, and a station on Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway’s 15” gauge light railway line, operating steam and internal combustion locomotives along the coast.
Back in Camber, the local pub is just a stone’s throw away providing a warm welcome and excellent food and drink.
The property has good access with no steps to the front door and parking spaces for three cars.

Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable.
Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food.
Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.

Charming 2 bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Rye Harbour and only a short stroll to the beach and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. The reserve is full of wildlife and rare birds from all round the globe, so is perfect for bird watchers, nature lovers and walkers alike. The coastal path which is ideal for walking or cycling, takes you to both the sea and along to Winchelsea Beach.
The 2 storey terraced property has good size bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with small double bunk bed and single bed above. The living room is very cosy and ideal for evenings in front of the TV after a long day of exploring whilst enjoying the heat and crackle from the log burner. The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to cook for the family including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery.. The miles of shingle and sand beach stretch from Winchelsea Beach to Rye harbour. It is an uncrowded family beach, good for swimming at high tide and building sandcastles and exploring the sands at low tide.
The safe cycle track runs alongside Winchelsea Beach to Rye Harbour, then on to Rye and Camber. Cycles can be hired nearby.
