The 2 storey terraced property has good size bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with small double bunk bed and single bed above. The living room is very cosy and ideal for evenings in front of the TV after a long day of exploring whilst enjoying the heat and crackle from the log burner. The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to cook for the family including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery.. The open plan space includes a dining table with 4 chairs, or if you prefer to dine alfresco you will also find a selection of outside furniture in the enclosed garden. The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin. Outside in the garden you will find the playroom, perfect for keeping the kids entertained and has darts, table football and a selection of games. This room also has a desk for if you are needing a quiet space to get some work done.

When you arrive at the end of the farm track you will find this gorgeous semi-detached long barn, situated in a secluded and peaceful spot, only a few minutes drive from the centre of Rye. It’s not only the property which will blow you away, the views are incredible and stretch across Romney Marsh.
Upon entering the barn you are welcomed into a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with a Scandinavian twist in design. It’s the perfect space to dine and relax after a long day of exploring with the feature fireplace creating a cosy homely atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you will need to cook delicious meals for your family including microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
